It is centrally located on the Hamilton Branch inlet known as the "Banana Belt" of Lake Almanor. The large waterfront deck is pleasantly protected from the winds and cold of the open lake. Enjoy the most accommodating weather of the entire lakefront. Whether you desire sun or shade one of the deck areas will provide for your needs.

Ever dream of a second home, this is paradise. Although you may find it hard to leave this vacation home it is conveniently located to enjoy all lake, forest, mountain or in town activities. Downtown Chester is less than 15 minutes away. The beautiful scenery, volcanic activity and hiking of Mt. Lassen National Park is just 35 minutes away. The casino's and the exciting nightlife of Reno is about 2 hrs away.

The location is perfect, at the mouth of the Hamilton Branch River and across the inlet from the peaceful sound of falling water this home is considered the first Year Round lakefront home at Hamilton Branch. Relax on the waterfront deck in our custom made swing and enjoy watching the Eagles and Osprey fish.

Lake Almanor is considered a "trophy fish" lake, this is arguably the best fishing in the West! You can fish off our private dock which is centered on one of the most popular fishing spots of the entire lake! This private deep water dock provides for all your swimming, fishing or boating needs even at the lowest lake level in late summer.

This open and spacious 1800+ Sq Ft this home is loaded with custom and handmade woodwork. The ceilings range from 9 ft up to cathedral height.

This extremely comfortable home features a relaxing loft with DVD,VCR,TV and a fold out couch, spacious master bedroom, guest bedroom, 2 baths. Enjoy the waterfront view from the grand size sunken living room or watch your favorite DVD's or Dish TV on the wonderful 60" TV screen from any of the three leather recliners. A few steps up is the large formal dining area and the adjoining 10' long built-in custom bar with captains chair style bar stools. Play cards, board games select a movie from our DVD collection or listen to music. All this entertainment is just steps from the kitchen. A convenient separate laundry area is provided with a furnished mud/snow room for your needs.
